Stop Smoking

Individual help to stop smoking can be provided by the GP. Nicotine replacement therapy is available on prescription. Referral to our smoking cessation nurse advisor can be done by the GP or direct contact at 01397 709864. Travel Immunisation

Travel services are available throughout the year. Before travelling please come to see the GP to get general and specific travel advice. Certain immunisations eg Yellow Fever will require to be done at a specialist clinic elsewhere and require payment of a fee.

Immunisations / Vaccinations

The practice follows current guidelines for immunisation and vaccination of children. These are usually done by the GP but can be done as part of a routine consultation. We have a full range of information on all immunisation procedures and are happy to discuss these with parents. Please ask Reception staff for details. Post Natal Care

After having a baby the midwife, doctor and health visitor will provide care in the home. All mothers are offered a 6 week postnatal check and family planning advice.
